Anyone using Alora for customer service callbacks? Need honest feedback

We're considering Alora for outbound appointment reminders and follow-ups, but I'm skeptical about voice quality and handling when customers ask unexpected questions. Has anyone here deployed it in production? Specifically curious about fail-over scenarios and whether it integrates cleanly with existing CRM systems. Would love to hear about both wins and gotchas before we commit budget.

    I haven't used Alora specifically, but I've seen similar outbound voice platforms struggle with unexpected questions—they often loop or drop to human transfer without graceful fallbacks. Before committing, I'd recommend testing their CRM integration with a sandbox environment (most require webhook setup or API polling) and asking directly about their voice quality on noisy lines and SLA for failed callbacks. What's your current CRM system? That might be the trickiest integration piece.
