Has anyone integrated addto.me with their team's workflow?

I've been testing addto.me for task management through Telegram and it's surprisingly smooth for quick captures. Before I pitch it to my team, curious if anyone here uses it at scale? Main question: does the AI command parsing handle messy input well, or do you need to be pretty precise with your formatting? Also wondering about the learning curve for non-technical users.
