Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-driven sales coaching and reduces ramp-up time for new reps. Where it lags: learning curve for full adoption. On balance the feature set — especially conversation analysis and feedback — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
