Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aPI access for app and telephony integration and realistic, expressive voice output. Where it lags: may require technical setup for advanced integrations. On balance the feature set — especially natural-sounding text-to-speech — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and real-time, low-latency conversations. Natural-sounding text-to-speech fits neatly into how we already work, and configurable agent personality and voice removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
