We rolled this out across the team last quarter and generates varied trait and backstory ideas. Quirks and hidden details fits neatly into how we already work, and personality trait suggestions removed a step we used to do by hand. Output may feel generic without refinement, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
