  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps qualify and route leads automatically. Handoff to human reps with full context fits neatly into how we already work, and automated follow-up sequences removed a step we used to do by hand. Most useful only for Salesmate customers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
