  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scales support without growing headcount proportionally. Analytics and performance reporting fits neatly into how we already work, and cRM and knowledge base integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. Enterprise pricing may not suit small businesses, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
