We rolled this out across the team last quarter and simple, purpose-built workflow. On-device encryption for photos and videos fits neatly into how we already work, and on-device encryption for photos and videos removed a step we used to do by hand. Relies on user remembering credentials, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
