We rolled this out across the team last quarter and workflows can be triggered via API or schedule. Scheduled and API-based triggers fits neatly into how we already work, and conditional logic and branching steps removed a step we used to do by hand. Complex automations may still require technical know-how, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
