Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI voice agents for phone conversations and handles both inbound and outbound calls. Where it lags: voice AI may need tuning for complex queries. On balance the feature set — especially natural Australian-accented speech — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
