We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable branding and appearance. Lead capture forms fits neatly into how we already work, and drag-and-drop chatbot builder removed a step we used to do by hand. AI capabilities may be basic compared to LLM-native tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
