  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps surface qualified candidates quickly. Workflow automation for hiring teams fits neatly into how we already work, and candidate shortlisting and scoring removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires careful setup to avoid bias, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
