  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles outbound calls around the clock. Outbound and inbound call handling fits neatly into how we already work, and per-minute usage-based billing removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on list and script quality, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
