We rolled this out across the team last quarter and saves time compared to multi-site research. AI-generated custom itineraries fits neatly into how we already work, and preference and budget-based recommendations removed a step we used to do by hand. Inventory may be limited to partner providers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
