We rolled this out across the team last quarter and works 24/7 without extra staffing. Automatic replies to Freshchat conversations fits neatly into how we already work, and simple setup with existing Freshchat account removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires tuning to match brand voice, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
