We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles rescheduling and follow-ups automatically. Handles rescheduling and cancellations fits neatly into how we already work, and handles rescheduling and cancellations removed a step we used to do by hand. Depends on calendar and email integration quality, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
