  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles multiple input types including audio, video, and PDFs. Support for multiple file formats fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-generated summaries of audio and video removed a step we used to do by hand. Transcription accuracy may vary with accents or noise, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
