Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: short-term rental tax optimization focus and focused on short-term rental investors. Where it lags: less customized than full engineering studies. On balance the feature set — especially asset reclassification for accelerated depreciation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
