We rolled this out across the team last quarter and large selection of natural-sounding voices and languages. OCR scanning of physical documents and images fits neatly into how we already work, and oCR scanning of physical documents and images removed a step we used to do by hand. Occasional mispronunciations on technical or uncommon words, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
