  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and included with Zoho subscriptions at no extra cost. Sentiment analysis and ticket assistance in Desk fits neatly into how we already work, and anomaly detection and sales forecasting removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
