Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: guided stretches and movement prompts and personalized reminders adapt to your routine. Where it lags: reminders may interrupt deep focus work. On balance the feature set — especially guided stretches and movement prompts — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
