We rolled this out across the team last quarter and aI-generated action plans from goals. AI assistant for planning guidance fits neatly into how we already work, and aI assistant for planning guidance removed a step we used to do by hand. AI suggestions may need human refinement, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
