We rolled this out across the team last quarter and personalized matching based on profile and preferences. Application tracking dashboard fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable search criteria and filters removed a step we used to do by hand. Quality of matches depends on profile detail, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
