We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable to specific workflows and data. Multi-channel deployment options fits neatly into how we already work, and custom AI agent builder removed a step we used to do by hand. Quality depends on underlying data and setup, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
