Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: clinically-based coping techniques and available anytime for private self-reflection. Where it lags: aI guidance may not suit severe or crisis cases. On balance the feature set — especially clinically-based coping techniques — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
