  Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: background operation across desktop apps and useful for billable professionals like lawyers and consultants. Where it lags: background tracking may raise privacy concerns for some users. On balance the feature set — especially timesheet generation from captured data — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
