Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: chat, voice, SMS, and WhatsApp channels and no-code setup with prebuilt agent templates. Where it lags: advanced customization may require paid plans. On balance the feature set — especially handoff to human agents when needed — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
