  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and conversational interface lowers barrier for developers. Role-based access, approvals, and audit logs fits neatly into how we already work, and natural language task execution via chat tools removed a step we used to do by hand. Setup and agent configuration require engineering effort, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
