  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and encourages consistency with rewards and challenges. Goal-setting tools for diet, exercise, and routines fits neatly into how we already work, and personalized wellness recommendations removed a step we used to do by hand. Gamification may not appeal to all users long term, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
