We rolled this out across the team last quarter and more affordable than engineer-led reports. Asset reclassification for accelerated depreciation fits neatly into how we already work, and asset reclassification for accelerated depreciation removed a step we used to do by hand. Best suited to smaller residential properties, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
