Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: configurable STT, LLM, and TTS pipelines and flexible choice of LLM, STT, and TTS providers. Where it lags: voice quality depends on chosen third-party models. On balance the feature set — especially real-time voice agent orchestration — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
