Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customizable qualifying questions and engages visitors 24/7 without human staffing. Where it lags: requires setup and tuning to match brand voice. On balance the feature set — especially calendar integration and meeting booking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
