We rolled this out across the team last quarter and runs continuously without manual triggers. Automated follow-up sequences fits neatly into how we already work, and autonomous candidate sourcing across platforms removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited transparency into ranking criteria, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
