  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces load on support teams. Customizable appearance and behavior fits neatly into how we already work, and aI chatbot widget for docs sites removed a step we used to do by hand. Answer quality depends on doc completeness, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
