Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Native integration with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds just works and low-code agent builder with guardrails and topics. Limited flexibility outside the Salesforce ecosystem can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
