Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: coaching prompts and reminders and streamlines 1:1 prep and follow-ups. Where it lags: may require integration with existing HR tools. On balance the feature set — especially coaching prompts and reminders — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
