  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and covers a wide range of brands and price points. Personalized recommendations by trip type fits neatly into how we already work, and carry-on and checked size guidance removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to luggage-related queries, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
