  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and approachable for users new to mental wellness tools. Mindfulness and reflection prompts fits neatly into how we already work, and private, on-demand access removed a step we used to do by hand. AI responses may lack clinical nuance, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
