Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: calendar sync with Google and Outlook and unifies calendar, tasks, and projects in one tool. Where it lags: subscription pricing is relatively high. On balance the feature set — especially recurring task and time-block planning — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
