  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable voices and conversation flows. Call analytics and transcripts fits neatly into how we already work, and custom voice and persona configuration removed a step we used to do by hand. Voice agents can struggle with complex or emotional calls, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
