  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles multiple use cases like booking and FAQs. Appointment scheduling and reminders fits neatly into how we already work, and lead qualification and capture removed a step we used to do by hand. Setup and tuning required for best results, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
