  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scales outreach across many job boards. Resume and cover letter tailoring fits neatly into how we already work, and bulk apply across multiple platforms removed a step we used to do by hand. Quality depends on accuracy of profile data, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
