I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integration with hiring workflows, and handles high-volume pipelines without delays caught me off guard. AI conversations may feel impersonal to some candidates is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
