Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on guardrails, permissions, and audit logging, and leverages Data Cloud for grounded responses caught me off guard. Most valuable only for existing Salesforce customers is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
