We rolled this out across the team last quarter and aims to reduce manual workload for staff. Process efficiency improvements fits neatly into how we already work, and digital co-worker AI agents removed a step we used to do by hand. May require setup time to align with internal processes, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
