  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps pressure-test investment theses. Highlights of key risks and catalysts fits neatly into how we already work, and aI personas representing different investing styles removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to stocks the avatars are trained on, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
