  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces missed calls and response delays. Call logging and analytics fits neatly into how we already work, and aI voice agent for inbound and outbound calls removed a step we used to do by hand. Voice AI can feel impersonal to some callers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
