We rolled this out across the team last quarter and brings email automation directly into AI chat workflows. Send transactional and campaign emails via AI fits neatly into how we already work, and natural language email automation removed a step we used to do by hand. Setup requires MCP client configuration, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
