We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces response times on routine queries. Knowledge base and context awareness fits neatly into how we already work, and automatic replies in HubSpot conversations removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to HubSpot users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
