We rolled this out across the team last quarter and approachable for users new to mental wellness tools. Conversational AI chat support fits neatly into how we already work, and self-care habit encouragement removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness varies by individual, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
